2 litters due in early june, 2012!    

We are excited to announce that both Bella and Stella were bred in April, were confirmed pregnant in May and will both whelp in early June, 2012. See photos of sires below.

Stella was bred to Ch. Wilbon’s Midnight Special, Johnny, who is an AKC Champion with excellent champion bloodlines. (Johnny’s Pedigree) Johnny is black and Landseer recessive and we expect both black and Landseer puppies from this breeding.

Bella was bred to Wilbon’s Up A Lazy River, Dozer, who is a young, champion-pointed, up and comer, also from exceptional bloodlines (Dozer’s Pedigree). Dozer is black and may be Landseer recessive. This is his first litter so we will have to wait and see. If so, both Landseer and black puppies will potentially result.

As can be seen from their pedigrees, Both of these sires are closely related to Darbydales All Rise Pouch Cove Josh, whom some may remember was the 2004 Best In Show winner at Westminster and arguably the most notable Newfoundland of recent years.
